Amends Hawaii Revised Statutes Section 201B-3(b) to expand the Hawaii Tourism Authority's responsibilities regarding native Hawaiian culture and community.

Requires the authority to ensure native Hawaiian culture is accurately portrayed by Hawaii's visitor industry and that the Hawaiian language is supported and normalized as an official state language.

Mandates support, nurturing, and engagement of native Hawaiian cultural practitioners and cultural sites that contribute to Hawaii's heritage and the visitor industry.

Establishes a requirement for the authority to provide native Hawaiian cultural education and training programs for visitor industry workforce members who have direct contact with visitors.

Maintains existing authority responsibilities including tourism promotion, research, technical assistance, strategic planning, and annual reporting on public fund expenditures.
