Establishes a two-year Hawaii colorectal cancer screening awareness pilot program to be administered by the department of health in collaboration with the department of human services.

Department of health shall educate health care professionals and the public about colorectal cancer risks and screening benefits, provide outreach to high-risk individuals, and offer referral services for diagnosed patients.

Department of health must submit reports to the legislature no later than twenty days before the 2014 and 2015 regular sessions on all program expenditures.

Appropriates unspecified general revenue funds for fiscal years 2013-2014 and 2014-2015 to support the pilot program.

Program becomes effective July 1, 2030, and is repealed June 30, 2015.
