Appropriates funds from general revenues for fiscal year 2014-2015 to establish and administer the Hawaii health corps' Hawaii rural health care provider loan repayment program under the John A. Burns School of Medicine at the University of Hawaii.

Provides loan repayment assistance for physicians, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, psychologists, and social workers who commit to working in federally designated health professions shortage areas or medically underserved areas of Hawaii.

Addresses physician and primary health care provider shortages in Hawaii, particularly in rural areas, which have been designated by the federal government as medically underserved or health professional shortage areas.

Notes that since September 1, 2012, sixteen physicians and nurse practitioners have received loan repayment through a privately-funded program and continue serving shortage areas.

Takes effect on July 1, 2050.
