Amends Hawaii Revised Statutes Section 601-3 to establish salary provisions for the administrative director of the courts and deputy administrative director of the courts.

Requires the administrative director of the courts salary to equal the salary of the administrative director of the State as set by the commission on salaries, effective July 1, 2014.

Sets the deputy administrative director of the courts salary to an unspecified percentage of the administrative director of the courts salary, effective July 1, 2014 (specific percentage not filled in the bill text).

Repeals previous salary provisions that tied the administrative director's salary to judicial salary commission recommendations and the deputy director's salary to section 26-52(3).

Effective date of July 1, 2050.
