Clarifies that the fee schedule in Hawaii Revised Statutes section 501-218 is not a comprehensive list of all fees payable under land court law, but may be supplemented by additional fees established by court rule or administrative rule.

Authorizes the Hawaii Supreme Court to revise, amend, add to, or eliminate fees for services provided by the office of the registrar of the land court through rules of court.

Authorizes the Department of Land and Natural Resources to revise, amend, add to, or eliminate fees for services provided by assistant registrars in the bureau of conveyances through administrative rules.

Authorizes the Department of Accounting and General Services to revise, amend, add to, or eliminate fees for services provided by the state land surveyor for checking and processing land court maps through administrative rules.

Takes effect on July 1, 2014.
