Extends the sunset date for voluntary deregistration of fee non-time share interests from December 31, 2014 to December 31, 2016, allowing continued work by an ad hoc working group on implementation models.

Clarifies that the registrar may file a record of cancellation in the application or consolidation file after a fee time share interest certificate of title is marked canceled by the assistant registrar.

Authorizes the state surveyor to annotate land court maps by identifying deregistered land and noting the bureau of conveyances document number of the canceled certificate of title.

Maintains the mandatory and permanent deregistration of time share interests established under Act 119, Session Laws of Hawaii 2013.
