Amends section 92-7 of Hawaii Revised Statutes to modify public agency meeting agenda requirements for notices of proposed administrative rules.

Allows agendas to meet public notice requirements for administrative rules if they contain either a statement on the topic of proposed rules or a general description of the subjects involved, as specified in section 91-3(a)(1)(A).

Requires agendas to include a statement of when and where the proposed rules may be viewed in person and on the Internet as provided in section 91-2.6.

Takes effect upon approval.
