Grants the attorney general oversight authority over all charitable assets regardless of their form of holding.

Authorizes the attorney general to enforce charitable assets in accordance with applicable law, terms governing their use, and the charitable purpose of the holding organization.

Empowers the attorney general to prevent or remedy misapplication, diversion, waste, or breaches of fiduciary duty in the governance and management of charitable assets.

Allows the attorney general to commence or intervene in legal actions to prevent, remedy, or obtain damages for misuse of charitable assets or breach of duty.

Authorizes the attorney general to conduct investigations and exercise administrative subpoena power when necessary to determine if action is advisable under this section.
