Amends Hawaii Revised Statutes Section 711-1110.9 to establish a new criminal offense for knowingly disclosing an image of another identifiable person in the nude or engaging in sexual activity without consent.

Requires that disclosure be made with intent to substantially harm the depicted person with respect to their health, safety, business, career, financial condition, reputation, or personal relationships.

Exempts from the offense images voluntarily disclosed in public or commercial settings.

Maintains existing violation of privacy in the first degree offense for unauthorized installation or use of surveillance devices in private places.

Classifies violation of privacy in the first degree as a class C felony, with court authority to order destruction of recordings made in violation of the statute.
