Amends Hawaii Revised Statutes Section 706-606.5 to add unauthorized entry into motor vehicle in the first degree (Section 708-836.5) to the list of class C felonies triggering mandatory minimum sentencing for repeat offenders.

Establishes mandatory minimum prison sentences without parole eligibility for persons convicted of this offense with prior felony convictions: 1 year 8 months (one prior), 3 years 4 months (two priors), or 5 years (three or more priors).

Reorganizes the statutory list of class C felonies to include firearm and weapon offenses (Sections 134-7, 134-8, 134-9) and unauthorized possession of confidential personal information (Section 708-839.55) in the enumerated class C felony offenses.

Does not affect rights, duties, penalties, or proceedings that occurred before the effective date.

Takes effect July 1, 2050.
