Adds "geographic separation" as a defined term meaning the minimum distance required between group living facilities as specified by county ordinance.

Clarifies that group living facilities must meet all applicable county zoning requirements including building height, setback, lot coverage, parking, floor area, and geographic separation.

Addresses concerns about multiple group living facilities located in close proximity that have caused traffic safety issues, congestion, delivery disruptions, and elevated noise levels in neighboring areas.
