Establishes an agricultural technology park administered by the high technology development corporation to bridge agricultural and technology sectors and promote collaboration between farmers and technology entrepreneurs.

Designates three specific properties (tax map key numbers 71002004, 71002023, and 71002099) to be included in the agricultural technology park.

Park objectives include securing investments in agricultural facilities, creating jobs in rural communities, supporting agricultural tourism, and providing farmers with additional revenue sources and public exposure.

Requires the board to develop the park in consultation with the Hawaii housing finance and development corporation, department of agriculture, department of education, agribusiness development corporation, and University of Hawaii college of tropical agriculture and human resources.

Adds agricultural technology park development as a duty of the high technology development corporation and appropriates funds for fiscal year 2050 (effective date July 1, 2050).
