Establishes a geriatric research and technology park to facilitate economic growth by encouraging manufacturing jobs related to long-term care services including nursing homes, assisted living facilities, hospices, and adult residential care homes in a designated geographic hub.

Designates the High Technology Development Corporation as administrator of the park and adds park development to the corporation's duties under Hawaii Revised Statutes Chapter 206M.

Requires the board to develop the park in consultation with the aging and disability resource center, Aged to Perfection, and the Hawaii housing finance and development corporation, and to comply with community and town master plans.

Appropriates unspecified general revenue funds for fiscal year 2014-2015 to the Department of Business, Economic Development, and Tourism for park development.

Effective date of July 1, 2050.
