Adds a new section to Hawaii Revised Statutes Chapter 302A permitting schools and classes to participate in fundraising or charitable activities with 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organizations.

Requires partnering organizations to be registered under section 467B-2.1 or granted an exception from registration under section 467B-11.5 of Hawaii law.

Restricts fundraising and charitable activities to those that benefit student learning, with criteria to be established by the Department of Education through administrative rulemaking procedures.

Takes effect on July 1, 2050.
