Amends Hawaii Revised Statutes § 349-3.2 to expand the duties of the Alzheimer's Disease and Related Dementia Services Coordinator within the Executive Office on Aging.

Coordinator shall coordinate efforts to prevent and treat Alzheimer's disease, enhance care quality and efficiency, expand supports for patients and families, increase public awareness, and improve data collection and analysis.

Appropriates funds from general revenues for fiscal year 2014-2015 to establish one full-time equivalent (1.00 FTE) position in the Executive Office on Aging to assist the Coordinator with information and referral, counseling, education, support groups, and safety services.

Appropriated funds shall be expended by the Department of Health for purposes of this Act.

Effective July 1, 2150.
