Exempts mothers who are breastfeeding or expressing breast milk from jury duty for two years from the birth of each child.

Allows a mother to claim the exemption separately for each child she breastfeeds.

Adds the breastfeeding exemption as a new subsection (9) to Hawaii Revised Statutes Section 612-6, which lists other existing jury duty exemptions.

Takes effect on July 1, 2015.
