Appropriates funds to the department of human services to continue administering housing first programs for chronically homeless individuals and the homelessness prevention and rapid re-housing program.

Appropriates matching funds for federal continuum of care permanent supportive housing programs to provide rental assistance with supportive services for homeless individuals with disabilities.

Transfers administration of the homeless assistance working group from the department of human services to the legislature, with senate and house committee chairs on human services to convene the working group instead of the DHS director.
