Requires naturopathic physicians to complete a minimum of 35 hours of continuing education courses during each two-year licensing renewal period, beginning with the December 31, 2017 renewal.

Mandates that at least 15 of the 35 continuing education hours must be in pharmacology during every licensing biennium.

Exempts naturopathic physicians who graduated from an accredited naturopathic medicine school within one year of their first renewal period from the continuing education requirement for that first renewal.

Requires licensees to submit evidence of continuing education completion to the board, including course titles, dates, hours, sponsoring organizations, and pharmacology hours.

Defines "continuing education courses" as courses approved by a professional association representing a licensed profession with objectives related to naturopathic medicine, subject to board approval.
