Increases Hawaii's minimum wage to $7.75 per hour effective January 1, 2015, with subsequent increases to $8.50 (2016), $9.25 (2017), and $10.10 (2018).

Raises the tip credit allowance for tipped employees from 25 cents to 50 cents per hour beginning January 1, 2015, and to 75 cents per hour beginning January 1, 2016.

Requires that beginning January 1, 2015, the combined amount tipped employees receive from wages and tips must be at least $7.00 more than the applicable minimum wage.

Replaces the previous requirement that combined wages and tips be at least 50 cents more than the minimum wage with the new $7.00 threshold starting in 2015.
