S.B. 2803 - Thrill Craft Operations

• Amends Act 89 (2009) to make permanent the exemption from thrill craft operation prohibitions in state waters for film production permit holders, authorized government personnel, and ocean cleanup activities.

• Removes the June 30, 2014 sunset date that was previously set to expire restrictions on thrill craft operations.

• Repeals the temporary section 2 of Act 89 that had imposed the prohibition on thrill craft operation in state waters.

• Takes effect on June 29, 2014.
