Mandates use of appropriate information security protocols established by the chief information officer to ensure information is accessible only to authorized personnel.

Appropriates funds to the department of accounting and general services for fiscal years 2013-2014 and 2014-2015 to implement information sharing among departments and agencies, effective July 1, 2050.
