Amends Section 436B-14.7, Hawaii Revised Statutes, to add a military spouse requirement for licensure by endorsement or reciprocity in Hawaii.

Military spouses holding current licenses in another state, district, or territory with equivalent or exceeding requirements may obtain Hawaii licensure if their military sponsor has armed forces orders to be stationed in Hawaii for at least one year.

Exempts medical doctors, dentists, certified public accountants, and licensing authorities with specific provisions under other chapters from the military spouse licensure requirements.

Maintains existing conditions for licensure including no disciplinary history, payment of required fees, and submission of a signed affidavit with accurate application information; licensing authority may revoke licenses if application information is found false.

Takes effect upon approval.
