Requests the High Technology Development Corporation, Executive Office on Aging, and Wahiawa General Hospital establish a working group to create a geriatric research and technology park in central Oahu.

Designates the park to be bounded by five specific tax map key properties in Wahiawa (74006003, 74006004, 74006020, 74006040, and 74006041).

Aims to facilitate economic growth by encouraging manufacturing jobs and services focused on long-term care, including aging and disability resource centers, adult residential care homes, hospices, nursing homes, and assisted living facilities.

Authorizes the High Technology Development Corporation Board of Directors to develop the park in consultation with the Executive Office on Aging, Wahiawa General Hospital, and the working group, with authority to enter into cooperative agreements with entrepreneurs and public agencies.

Requires the park's planning and design to comply with community and town master plans and urban design plans in the area.
