Approves the sale of the leased fee interest in a single-family home at 41-669 Inoaole Street, Waimanalo, Hawaii (TMK No. 1-4-1-33-20) by the Hawaii Housing Finance and Development Corporation.

Property is a 4,411 square foot parcel built in 1974 as part of the Hale Aupuni affordable housing project with a leased fee interest appraised at $46,900 as of July 1, 2013.

Sale purpose is to convey the leased fee interest to the current leasehold owner; the parcel was government/crown land as of August 15, 1895, and was acquired by the Corporation's predecessor agency (Hawaii Housing Authority) in 1974.

Hawaii Housing Finance and Development Corporation submitted the resolution to the Office of Hawaiian Affairs on September 17, 2013, and conducted a public informational briefing on August 7, 2013, in Waimanalo with no objections received.

Directs transmission of a certified copy of the concurrent resolution to the Executive Director of the Corporation.
