Requests the University of Hawaii College of Tropical Agriculture and Human Resources to establish a task force to determine feasibility of implementing a school farm complex pilot project at the University of Hawaii - West Oahu Campus

Task force shall consist of six required members including the Dean of the College of Tropical Agriculture and Human Resources (co-chair), Vice Chancellor of Academic Affairs at UH-West Oahu (co-chair), Board of Agriculture Chairperson, Superintendent of Education, Director of Health, and Director of Business, Economic Development, and Tourism

Task force shall also include representatives from the Hawaii Farm Bureau Federation, small-scale, medium-scale, and large-scale farmers, nonprofit and community agriculture organizations, and farmers' markets

Task force directed to develop recommendations for successful implementation, identify barriers to establishment, and address specific implementation challenges including transportation, storage, marketing, contracting, and food safety and certification

Task force must submit findings and recommendations to the Legislature no later than twenty days before the 2016 regular session convenes and shall be dissolved on June 30, 2016
