Urges the President of the United States, State Department, Interior Department, U.S. Mission to the United Nations, and Hawaii's congressional delegation to support recommendations from the Global Indigenous Preparatory Conference held in Alta, Norway in June 2013.

The Global Indigenous Preparatory Conference issued the Alta Outcome Document with recommendations on four themes: indigenous lands, territories, resources, oceans and waters; UN system action for implementing indigenous rights; implementation of indigenous peoples' rights; and development priorities with free, prior, and informed consent.

Acknowledges that kanaka maoli and Hawaiian Civic Club members participated in the June 2013 Global Indigenous Preparatory Conference in Alta, Norway, which prepared for the UN World Conference on Indigenous Peoples in 2014.

Directs certified copies of the resolution be transmitted to the Governor, President of the United States, State and Interior Secretaries, U.S. Mission to the United Nations, Hawaii's congressional delegation, and the Chairperson of the Board of Trustees of the Office of Hawaiian Affairs.
