Requests the State Auditor to conduct a sunrise review of the licensure and regulation of herbal therapists as proposed in S.B. No. 2439 from the 2014 Regular Session

Requires the Auditor to submit findings, recommendations, and any proposed legislation to the Legislature no later than twenty days prior to the convening of the 2015 Regular Session

Notes that herbal therapists are currently unregulated by the State despite being involved in direct personal health care based on herbal practices and formulas

References Hawaii Revised Statutes Section 26H-6, which requires new measures subjecting unregulated professions to licensing or regulatory controls to be referred to the Auditor for analysis
