Request Board of Education and Department of Education to adopt additional elements for sexuality health education programs, including instruction on healthy relationships, communication skills, critical thinking, decision-making, and stress management.

Require the sexuality health education curricula be made available to the public.

Allow parents to request that their children not receive sexuality health education.

Establish minimum education and training requirements for sexuality health education teachers.

Direct certified copies of the resolution be transmitted to the Chairperson of the Board of Education, Superintendent of Education, and Director of Health.
