Requests the State Auditor to conduct an impact assessment of mandating health insurance coverage for hearing aids in individual and group health insurance policies, hospital and medical service plans, and health maintenance organization plans.

Requires the Auditor's report to assess both social and financial impacts of the hearing aid coverage mandate, including effects of federal Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act requirements.

Directs the Auditor to submit findings, recommendations, and any necessary implementing legislation to the Legislature no later than twenty days before the Regular Session of 2015.

References Senate Bill No. 309, S.D. 1, which mandates hearing aid coverage and was carried over from the 2013 to 2014 legislative sessions.

Requires certified copies be transmitted to the Auditor and Insurance Commissioner, with the Commissioner forwarding copies to all health insurers operating in Hawaii.
