Recognizes January 17 of every year as Hookuikahi Day, or Reconciliation Day, in Hawaii to honor Queen Liliuokalani's commitment to justice, reconciliation, and nonviolence.

Commemorates the 100th anniversary of the overthrow of the Hawaiian Kingdom on January 17, 1993, when the United Church of Christ apologized to Native Hawaiians and President Clinton signed Public Law 103-150.

Acknowledges the Hawaii Ecumenical Coalition and Pacific Justice and Reconciliation Center's annual observance of January 17 since 1993, in partnership with historic churches and community organizations.

Emphasizes Queen Liliuokalani's peaceful and nonviolent resistance to achieve reconciliation and restoration of the Hawaiian Kingdom's lands and sovereignty.

Directs transmission of a certified copy of the resolution to the Governor.
