Requests the Auditor to analyze the probable effects of licensing and regulating occupational therapists and occupational therapy assistants as proposed in S.B. No. 2472, S.D. 1 (2014).

Requires assessment of whether the proposed bill is consistent with policies set forth in section 26H-2, Hawaii Revised Statutes.

Notes that Hawaii is the last state to license occupational therapists and one of the last three states to license occupational therapy assistants.

Directs the Auditor to submit findings, recommendations, and any necessary implementing legislation to the Legislature no later than twenty days prior to the convening of the Regular Session of 2015.

Mandates transmission of certified copies to the Auditor and Director of Commerce and Consumer Protection.
