Endorses and supports the Aloha+ Challenge, a statewide commitment to sustainability with six ambitious targets to be achieved by 2030.

Establishes six sustainability targets: 70 percent clean energy (40 percent renewable, 30 percent efficiency), double local food production (20-30 percent of consumed food), reverse natural resource loss, reduce solid waste 50 percent, increase livability in built environment, and expand green jobs and education.

Recognizes Hawaii's dependence on imports for 95 percent of energy and 85 percent of food at an estimated annual cost exceeding $8 billion, necessitating a more sustainable island economy.

Requests the Hawaii State Sustainability Coordinator to report to the Legislature no later than 20 days before the 2015 Regular Session on the Aloha+ Challenge launch and recommendations for tracking progress on sustainability targets.

Directs the Governor to transmit certified copies to executive departments, county mayors, and the Office of Hawaiian Affairs.
