Authorizes the Board of Land and Natural Resources to issue a term, non-exclusive easement for approximately 2,387 square feet of state submerged lands at Waiohuli-Keokea Homesteads, Kihei, Maui (Tax Map Key 2-3-9-012:004)

Easement permits maintenance, repair, replacement, and removal of an existing seawall and rubble rock revetment that has protected the property since prior to 1964

The Board of Land and Natural Resources previously approved a 55-year term easement on June 10, 2010, subject to legislative authorization per Hawaii Revised Statutes section 171-53

Office of Conservation and Coastal Lands determined in May 2006 that the encroachment would have no adverse impact on natural resources, beach resources, or public access

Requires transmission of a certified copy of the resolution to the Chairperson of the Board of Land and Natural Resources
