Urges the City and County of Honolulu to review ordinances regarding minimum distance for vehicle parking from intersections and driveways.

Identifies safety concerns where vehicles parked close to intersections obstruct drivers' views of oncoming traffic, particularly when large vans or trucks are involved.

Notes current Honolulu ordinances prohibit parking within 20 feet of a crosswalk, 30 feet of a stop sign, and 75 feet of a traffic control signal, but have no restrictions for intersections without these features.

Expresses concerns that the current 4-foot parking restriction on either side of driveways may be insufficient to ensure vehicles exiting driveways can see oncoming traffic.

Directs certified copies to be sent to the Honolulu Mayor, Department of Transportation Services Director, and Honolulu City Council Chair.
