Urges the City & County of Honolulu and State of Hawaii to commit to full restoration of the Waikiki Natatorium as a memorial to over 10,000 Hawaii veterans who served overseas in military and civilian roles.

Recognizes the Natatorium's historic significance, including its opening on August 24, 1927 with Duke Kahanamoku's first dive, and its placement on the National Historic Register on August 11, 1980.

Calls for permanently inscribing the names of fallen service members on the Natatorium's walls, with this practice to continue for future fallen service members.

Directs transmission of certified copies to state and local officials, the Governor, Mayor, City Council members, and veteran organizations including the Veterans of Foreign Wars, Navy League of Hawaii, and Marine Corps League of Hawaii.
