Highlights her professional leadership roles including Chair of the Hawaii Public Health Association, President of the Association of State and Territorial Public Health Social Workers, and positions with maternal and child health organizations.

Notes that Hawaii ranked as the healthiest state in the U.S. in 2013 according to the United Health Foundation's America's Health Rankings during Fuddy's tenure.

Directs transmission of certified copies to multiple institutions including the Hawaii Department of Health, University of Hawaii schools, Johns Hopkins University, and various professional health associations.
