Requests the University of Hawaii to submit comprehensive reports on its graduate programs to the legislature no later than twenty days before the 2015, 2016, and 2017 regular sessions.

Reports must include enrollment data broken down by graduate degree type, number of Hawaii residents enrolled, and the 2011-2012, 2012-2013, and 2013-2014 school years in the first submission.

Requires reporting on graduate employment outcomes including number of graduates who obtained jobs in Hawaii and in their field of study.

Mandates disclosure of financial information including number of students paying full tuition, receiving graduate assistant stipends, faculty assignments to graduate programs, and itemized operating costs by program.

Directs transmission of this resolution to the Board of Regents and chancellors of the University of Hawaii system campuses.
