Urges the State of Hawaii and state entities to support the Hokulea, a traditionally navigated Hawaiian voyaging canoe, and her crew during a worldwide voyage around the world.

Hokulea will travel 47,000 miles over four years, visiting 26 countries and 85 ports to share Hawaiian culture and ocean conservation messages.

The vessel seeks to raise awareness about ocean protection for the survival of life on Earth and address issues confronting Hawaii's shorelines, reefs, and deep waters.

Directs certified copies of the resolution be transmitted to the Governor, Department of Business, Economic Development and Tourism, Hawaii Tourism Authority, and Polynesian Voyaging Society.
