Urges the City and County of Honolulu to review its ordinances regarding minimum parking distances from intersections and driveways.

Current ordinances prohibit parking within 20 feet of a crosswalk, 30 feet of a stop sign intersection, and 75 feet of a traffic control signal, but do not address intersections without these traffic control features.

Prohibits parking in front of or within 4 feet of either side of public or private driveways, but this distance may be insufficient for drivers to safely see oncoming traffic.

Notes that vehicles parked close to intersections and driveways create safety hazards by obstructing drivers' views of oncoming traffic, particularly when large vans or trucks are involved.

Directs certified copies be sent to the Mayor, Director of Transportation Services, and Chair of the Honolulu City Council.
