Department of Accounting and General Services and Chief Information Officer directed to work with High Technology Development Corporation to establish a public safety technology campus and cyber security command center on 150 acres of land in central Oahu.

Facility to include a data center with 8,000-10,000 square feet computer room, 250 racks, two megawatts of power, and Tier 3 reliability rating located outside flood and tsunami hazard zones.

Campus to include 10 acres for innovation and research facility, 40 acres for sheriff facility with headquarters, training areas, and emergency operations center, and additional acreage for State Fire Council facility with training buildings, helicopter landing field, and training equipment.

Chief Information Officer to enter memoranda of understanding with Department of Defense, Department of Public Safety, State Fire Council, City and County of Honolulu Department of Emergency Management, Honolulu Police Department, Hawaii State Civil Defense, Hawaii National Guard, and other federal, state, and county agencies.

Agencies to enter interagency agreements to eliminate duplicated efforts and coordinate operations at the consolidated public safety technology campus.
