Requests the High Technology Development Corporation, Executive Office on Aging, and Wahiawa General Hospital to establish a working group to create a geriatric research and technology park in central Oahu.

Designates the park boundaries in Wahiawa using five specific tax map key numbers: 74006003, 74006004, 74006020, 74006040, and 74006041.

Aims to facilitate economic growth and manufacturing jobs focused on long-term care services including aging and disability resource centers, adult residential care homes, hospices, nursing homes, and assisted living facilities.

Authorizes the High Technology Development Corporation's Board of Directors to develop the park in consultation with the Executive Office on Aging, Wahiawa General Hospital, and the working group, with ability to enter cooperative agreements with entrepreneurs and public agencies.

Requires that the planning and design of the park comply with community and town master plans and urban design plans.
