Requests the City and County of Honolulu to name the new Central Oahu Ambulance Facility after the late Loretta Fuddy, Director of Health.

Recognizes Loretta Fuddy's 30+ years of experience in the Department of Health, her appointment as Director in 2011, and her advocacy for emergency medical services, including saving the Maui County medevac helicopter from budget cuts.

Notes that Director Fuddy died on December 11, 2013, in a commuter plane crash off the Kalaupapa peninsula while serving residents in that area.

References Act 134, Session Laws of Hawaii 2013, which appropriated funds to the City and County of Honolulu for the Central Oahu Ambulance Facility to provide emergency medical services to Leeward Oahu residents.

Directs certified copies of the resolution be transmitted to the Governor, Mayor of the City and County of Honolulu, and the Director of Emergency Services.
