Urges the President of the United States, U.S. Department of State, U.S. Department of the Interior, U.S. Mission to the United Nations, and Hawaii's congressional delegation to support recommendations from the Global Indigenous Preparatory Conference for the UN World Conference on Indigenous Peoples.

References the Alta Outcome Document issued by the Global Indigenous Preparatory Conference held in June 2013 in Norway, which included participation from kanaka maoli and Hawaiian Civic Club members.

Incorporates recommendations addressing four overarching themes: indigenous lands, territories, resources, oceans and waters; UN system action for implementing indigenous rights; implementation of indigenous peoples' rights; and indigenous development priorities with free, prior, and informed consent.

Directs certified copies of the resolution be transmitted to the Governor, President of the United States, U.S. Secretary of State, U.S. Secretary of the Interior, U.S. Mission to the United Nations, Hawaii's congressional delegation, and the Chairperson of the Board of Trustees of the Office of Hawaiian Affairs.
