Requests Pūlama Lāna'i to continue cooperative public/private partnership with the Department of Land and Natural Resources, Department of Business, Economic Development, and Tourism, High Technology Development Corporation, and Lāna'i Aha Moku.

Requires Pūlama Lāna'i to submit a preliminary report to the Legislature prior to the 2015 Regular Session and a final report prior to the 2016 Regular Session documenting partnership work.

References Larry Ellison's 2012 purchase of 98 percent of Lāna'i with vision to establish the island as solar-powered with electric vehicles, desalinated water, and organic farming industry.

Directs transmission of certified copies of the resolution to relevant state agencies and officials including the Board of Land and Natural Resources, Business, Economic Development, and Tourism Director, High Technology Development Corporation, Pūlama Lāna'i Chief Operating Officer, and Aha Moku Advisory Committee Executive Director.
