Urges the President and Congress of the United States to support Taiwan's (Republic of China) participation in the Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP)

Notes that Taiwan has signed economic agreements with New Zealand and Singapore (TPP members) and conducts 35 percent of its total foreign trade with the 12 TPP member countries

Cites a 2013 Chung-Hua Institution for Economic Research report projecting that Taiwan's TPP participation would generate $78 billion in social welfare benefits for all TPP members

Directs transmission of the resolution to the President, Congressional leadership, the State Department, the U.S. Trade Representative, Hawaii's congressional delegation, the Governor of Hawaii, and Taiwan's Taipei Economic and Cultural Office in Honolulu
