Establishes a nine-member Game Commission within the Department of Land and Natural Resources to serve in an advisory capacity to the Board of Land and Natural Resources.

Commission membership includes one representative from each county and five at-large members, all of whom must be licensed hunters in Hawaii, with at least one member having native Hawaiian cultural expertise and one having tourism expertise.

Game Commission duties include consulting on hunting policies, developing a five-year game management plan, recommending suitable hunting areas, and collaborating with agencies to gather hunting data and implement programs.

Commission shall submit annual reports to the legislature no later than twenty days before each regular legislative session beginning in 2016.

Appropriates unspecified general revenue funds for fiscal years 2015-2016 and 2016-2017 to establish the commission, with the Act taking effect on July 1, 2050.
