Appropriates unspecified amounts from general revenues to Hawaii counties (Hawaii, Honolulu, Kauai, and Maui) for fiscal years 2015-2016 and 2016-2017 to identify and map important agricultural lands as required under Act 183 (2005).

Funding supports county efforts to prepare final submission packages for the state land use commission and explore county incentive programs for important agricultural lands.

Addresses the legislature's finding that counties have not yet received state funds to fulfill their identification and mapping duties under Act 183 despite the 60-month timeline requirement.

Aligns with Hawaii's constitutional duty to conserve and protect agricultural lands, promote agricultural diversity, and increase agricultural self-sufficiency.

Takes effect July 1, 2050.
