Amends Section 454F-10.5(g) of Hawaii Revised Statutes to allow mortgage loan originator companies to specify that public visitors must be seen by appointment during posted business hours.

Requires principal places of business and branch offices to remain open to the public during regular posted business hours, with the new provision allowing companies to note appointment-only service.

Maintains existing requirements that business hours be posted either on the main office door (if in commercial building) or on the company website with address and phone number (if not in commercial building).

Specifies that all posted business hours must be displayed in a clear, conspicuous, and accurate manner to inform consumers of when locations will be open.

Takes effect upon approval.
