Increases annual bonus for public school teachers with current national board certification from unspecified amount to $5,000 per year.

Provides $1,500 upon completing all components of the National Board for Professional Teaching Standards certification program.

Reimburses the remainder of national board certification application fees upon achievement of certification.

Adds $5,000 annual bonus for nationally board-certified teachers working at schools designated as focus, priority, superintendent's zone, high turnover, or hard-to-fill schools.

Applies retroactively to 2014 bonuses with payment made during 2015, in addition to any other eligible 2015 bonuses.
