Appropriates funds to the Office of Veterans Services for burial grants to Filipino World War II veterans living in Hawaii to cover funeral, burial, and transportation costs to return their remains to the Philippines.

Establishes that nearly 100,000 Philippine Commonwealth Army soldiers fought alongside United States forces during World War II but were historically denied full veterans benefits including burial benefits despite their sacrifices.

Recognizes that while some Filipino veterans eventually received burial benefits at national and state veterans cemeteries, many wished to be buried in their homeland where their families reside.

Allocates the appropriated sum for fiscal years 2015-2016 and 2016-2017 to honor the final wishes of aging Filipino World War II veterans as their numbers continue to decline.

Takes effect on July 1, 2015.
